There has been a significant amount of turnover in MCC's Dining Services Team. Below you will see a listing and short biography for both the new and the senior dining leadership. Please feel free to reach out to welcome them or ask any questions.
Kevin Willis (Kevin.Willis@Sodexo.com), General Manager, (585) 292-2513
With 30 years of experience in the culinary and food industry, Kevin Willis has built a distinguished career spanning corporate services, hotels, conference centers, clubs, and universities. For 22 years, he has been a dedicated leader with Sodexo, overseeing high-profile operations such as the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Wilmington, Delaware.
Outside of his professional life, Kevin gives back to his community as a CYO coach and cherishes quality time with his three grandchildren.

Keith joins Monroe Community College from Nazareth University, where he spent 8 and a half years with Sodexo as a Sous Chef and Catering Chef. His experience spans all areas of food service, from quick-service operations to country clubs. An avid traveler, Keith has enjoyed numerous exciting opportunities throughout the East Coast during his culinary career.

Chiana received her Associate of Hospitality Management degree from Monroe Community College before attaining her BBA in Culinary Arts Management at SUNY Delhi. Before her Catering Supervisor role, Chiana worked in hospitality management with MCC for 7 years. When not chasing around her 1-and-a-half-year-old, you can find Chiana bartending at Brook Lea Country Club, where she has worked for 13 years.
Agnes VerWeire (agnes.verweire@sodexo.com), Retail Supervisor, Downtown Campus
Agnes brings more than 30 years of expertise in culinary and restaurant management, including the past 14 years with Sodexo at Monroe Community College. An MCC alum, Agnes earned a degree in Hospitality Management in 2016. In addition to her professional expertise, she serves as Vice President of the Gates Historical Society Board.
Steve Mitchell (steven.mitchell@sodexo.com), Retail Manager, (585) 292-2498
Steve has been in the food industry for 40-plus years. Before his five years at Monroe Community College with Sodexo, Steve started his journey as a short-order cook at a diner and moved on to manage retail food operations from gas station convenience stores to healthcare.
A skilled handyman, Steve keeps busy working on various projects on his own time.

With seven years of experience at Sodexo, Shar has developed a strong foundation in her professional journey. Outside of work, she is passionate about traveling to explore new cultures and expand her horizons. Shar also values spending quality time with her family and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Megan provides nutrition and dietary support to students and promotes a healthy lifestyle on campus. With a Bachelor’s in Culinary Nutrition and a Master’s in Sports Nutrition, she is passionate about using food as medicine to help others achieve their health goals. Megan specializes in dietary support for restrictions, food allergies, and athletic performance, offering personalized guidance for balanced living.

Kleena Brown (Kleena.Brown@sodexo.com), On-site Marketing Coordinator
Kleena, born in the Philippines and raised in Colorado, has a diverse background that includes roles in HR for a school district and social sustainability for the City of Fort Collins. She joined Sodexo earlier this year, bringing her passion for community engagement to her new role. A lifelong learner with a sweet tooth, she can typically be found curled up with a book and a warm drink.
Kadijah Brack-Rowley (Kadijah.Brack-Rowley@sodexo.com), Marketing Manager
Kadijah has been with Sodexo for nearly two years, supporting marketing initiatives in the Upstate New York region. She is based at Nazareth University, where she is also an alumna, but frequently travels to Monroe Community College and collaborates with the team remotely.
Kadijah enjoys working with MCC Dining, organizing engaging dining events, connecting with students, and learning about what you enjoy and would like to see on campus.
